FAQ

When will my box ship?

Our boxes ship the beginning of each month. If you are new and signed up this month your box will go out around the beginning of the following month. 

When will I get billed again?

Everyone gets billed on the 15th of the month. Unless you are new your first renewal will be on the 15th of the following month that you signed up. Ex- you signed up on March 12th your next payment will be billed April 15th. 

Will I get a tracking number?

Once your box ships out you will get an email with your tracking number, please allow 24 hours for it to update, if it ships on a sunday or holiday that means it has been packed up and will go out the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

Once your box ships out it will arrive in about 2-3 days, we ship all orders with USPS priority mail. International order take about 10 business days 

What comes in the box?

Our box changes every month and as we grow we hope to make it better and better. Our items range from custom designed clothes and shoes, hairstylist themed accessories like bags, mugs, and other fun things along with salon supplies/tools for work.

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account on our website at www.hairstylistclubbox.com before your next billing which is always the 15th of the month. If you cancel after you have been billed then that will only cancel future boxes and payments. Please email support@hairstylistclubbox.com with any questions.

Are prices shown in USD?

Yes all prices are shown in USD, international orders will be converted by your bank at the time of sale to the currency type native to your card. We are not responsible for any extra customs dues or taxes. 

How do our size work?

Great question! This one we get a lot because sizes often range for shirts, pants and shoes. If you choose a size and it does not fit you can try and email us to exchange but most likely we won't have any to send because we only order enough for the boxes but we can try sending you some other products we have in stock to make up the price difference :)

Renewals - Monthly, 3 months, 6 month and 12 month information

All Renewals are non-refundable.

All of our subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your selected term. If you do not want your subscription to renew you must cancel before the 15th of the following month.
